Delhi, October 10, 2007- ZMQ Software Systems has won the
Manthan Award 2007. The project "Great Escape" wins
the India best e-Content in the category of e-Entertainment. The
Manthan Award 2007 Grand Jury members brings along with them rich
and diverse experiences in fields cut across biotechnology, ICT
to Forest development sectors and was conducted across in 15 different

"The
Great Escape" is an interactive package for Workplace Intervention
on HIV/AIDS. The package comprises of a desktop detective game
and a desktop messenger buddy. The package is installed on the
desktop. On clicking the icon, which appears on the desktop; user
can play a detective game on HIV/AIDS. The game disseminates information
on HIV/AIDS though interactive quizzing and messaging. The user
also sets the buddy, which appears periodically and gives random
information on HIV/AIDS.
In an educational entertainment mode, the health related information
on issues related to HIV/AIDS and workplace issues are disseminated
to corporate workers and employees in a very engaging and interesting
way. The package has been conceptualized, designed and developed
by ZMQ in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University, Avert Society,
USAID and PEPFAR.
